Pretty neat game. However, the idea feels unoriginal but, it is quite hard to tell due to the surreal presentation of it.

I absolutely LOVED the colour schemes you used. Also the pseudo- realistic backgrounds added onto the uneasy, eerie affect that you were trying to portray. Well done in this part. Basically the art style was a definite plus in this game.

The gameplay on the other hand was badly done. The part where you have to suddenly control both characters could have been handled much better. It started off pretty easy but then a massive difficulty spike came right out of nowhere. I'm sure there could've been a better pace in difficulty during that part. The worst gameplay section was the meteor part. They came at you so fast that amazing reaction speeds were needed to not get hit. I only managed to complete that part due to chance- hoping they wont hit me where i was.

Overall, this was great as a movie but poorly handled as a game. I can't say I disliked this however. I thought that the visual style was really unique and beautiful. In the future I think it'll be better to focus on how the game would play out rather than the idea.

And people wonder how B got into the portal

I played this once 10 years ago. It was really good back then. Playing it now is utterly different but charming none the less.

great game, lots or replay value and experimentation. the massive downside however is that the controls are very uncomfortable and down right difficult to get good accuracy.

Great style and graphics as usual. However, this is a step down from your previous shark games. I was expecting crazy explosions or something insane like you usually do but this is just soooo... tame... Also the gameplay itself had been done many times and theres no really originality here. i guess you could say the plane parts are unique but not very fun.

Starts of kinda slow and really boring but it INSTANTLY picks up. I have go to say, this might be the most mature, understandable and realistic game that I've seen around on Newgrounds. Its got a simple premise but great depth. The fact that you let the player choose how it all goes down was a smart move. It keeps the narrative going and relies on the sympathy the player has.

The only thing that seemed off was that you were able to get your mother to vomit. I found that kinda comedic amidst the emotional atmosphere and build up.

This was surprisingly good! Newgrounds has kinda been spammed with retro style games over the past years but this one stood out. I really enjoyed the RPG elements here since it mixed well with the combat.

The thing that really got me were the sling shot mechanics and how you implemented it into puzzles. I think a majority of the puzzles involving the slingshot were pretty clever and fun. Also saving was tremendously easy. It felt satisfying constantly tapping to save.

My biggest complaint though is that early on, the fighting mechanics were absolute hell. The bat was very short ranged and often needed a brief build up which made it rather difficult to hit enemies. Also the fact that you can turn around in mid air was very annoying.

Overall, this game is fantastic! Its also very nostalgic. Reminds me of my old gameboy advanced. The combat and jumping mechanics could use some work though.

They don't call you manly chicken for nothing. You would have needed some serious balls to pull of a concept like this. Making fun of popular Newgrounds and Youtube names is just sooooo... ballsy. I especially thought that the game grumps segment was well written and proved a point. I think there could have been a larger way to present the youtube segment by pointing out more flaws.

Although the gameplay itself is not very original, i think that mixing these popular aspects with it was pretty creative.

nice work man!

Thank Pjorg for the writing. He wrote the sketches.

OH...MY...FUCKING....GOD! I remember you from when I was like 10 years old, playing random sonic and mario games on the internet. Holy shit man! you were the bomb back then! I remember how you didn't upload some for ages because of school and stuff. aaannnyyyyway... This is above amazing. This is exactly how i remember it and its a joy playing this just like it was years ago.

So i guess what im trying to say is that i love your work
