not feeling it

the animation and voices were... good but the story and script was a pile of shit. the humour was flat and the characters were crap. i don't mean crap like they were poorly acted and had no feelings, i mean that they have the same personalties. they are all ignorant or stupid at times.
also this was very very cheesy (or whatever its called)! i cant really put it into words but i have a strong point about it. I'll try to explain; the characters were saying stuff that was very obvious. i have seen this a lot of times in good submissions which was why they were good but not great. this flash was pretty much good if it has less of the characters saying EVERYTHING they were thinking and more of getting straight to the point. i know its hard to get the viewer to understand whats going on without the characters saying anything about it but this was too obvious and all that was unnecessary.

ok, i hope you get the point. this wasnt all that bad but what i said in the review was a huuuuge let down. if you uploaded this a year earlier before all this good stuff kept coming in then this would have been scratching perfection.

this is funny and wierd as usual. the animation was great and the voices were top notch, however, you could have made more out of this opportunity. sure you can make another video with death and a crazy cat but this was very plain and the characters were 1 dimensional.
also this was unessesary to make. it was long and forgetable. after the video was finished, i thought about the beginning of this vid but it seemed very different to the start. its like you made 2 seperate videos on the same subject. sure the charaters were the same but their personality completly changed at the end.

the animation was good and it was fairly funny.

ok, i dont understand why u made this though. MLP isnt a bad show but i dont get why people waste their time to make top notch parodies on a kids show. sure its funny but its not cool. if MLP didnt exist and people still uploaded stuff like this to newgrounds then it would be considered smart and original.

i hope you can see where im heading because i do not expect to see another MLP parody anythime soon.
errr... so my advise would be to work on something original or a parody about something that nobody else has done.

nice message but not animation

i am usually not grossed out by ugly and wierd animation but this was beyond my thoughts. im not saying your style is bad but its pretty messy.

anyway, push all the negativity away and look at the good stuff. the message was really clear and smart. for a person who draws life a downie 3 year old has some pure intelligence in them.

i find ricepirate's flash better. this was also pretty good however the voice was plain stiff and there were way too many "this is". you could have chosen reviews that were short but also funny and original. oh well, i cant blame you for that since half of newgrounds are 13 year old boys.

look, this was a bunch of shit. im not afraid to say it, in fact i'll say it again; IT WAS SHIT!!!!!
the animation was good but then it seemed really bad because it didnt fit the scenario of this movie.
the story was already done by about 1000 people.

the arrow to the head was fucking stupid, unless it was fired by superman himself, there is no way that it could have penetrated his head armour.

also there was like a dozen of arrows in his knee after that. seriously? i dont know why i bothered to watch this crap or even review it.

also you (and possibly every one else) got the whole "adventurer" thing wrong. being an adventurer doesnt mean going out into the wild and exploring it. thats what geologists do. an adventurer is someone who travels around the world and learns about other cultures.

so i found it fair to give this a 1 out of 10 because the voices were pretty good... BUT THATS IT!!!!
